This Pass grants you permission to use the chosen artwork as a tattoo, and is for personal use only. Further use, reproduction, distribution, or sale of the design is not authorized.
This Pass applies to only one pre-existing design.
No refunds on a Tattoo Pass purchase.
 
Steps to complete your Tattoo Pass purchase:
After you make the payment, send us an email, describing which design you'd like to use and your full name.
We'll email you the signed permission form, and a digital copy of the design, if requested.
